It took seven months of renovation to transform the old Armagnac storage building into a comfortable and refined complex: the Chai.

We offer it to our traveling friends, either as two guest rooms or as a "gite".

As a reminder, the two rooms (Samoa and Trinidad) can be rented separately. They share a large common lounge located on the ground floor of the Chai (35 m²) as well as a private terrace protected by a claustra, equipped with armchairs and a bench. In this form, breakfast is offered and it is served in the main building of Lacassagne every morning between 8 and 10 am.

Access to the other lounges, to the swimming pool and to the terraces of the main house are also included in this offer. Four consecutive nights are compulsory to benefit from the Chai (not valid in july and august, when only the Cellar as a Gite can be booked). See the prices for each room in the relevant section.

For the "gite" formula, the place is totally privatized.

In this case, it consists of:

• Two bedrooms, Samoa (1 bed of 160 x 200) and Trinidad (2 beds of 90 x 200). Sheets and towels are provided and changed after 7 days of rental
• A 35 m² living room and its private terrace
• A fully equipped dining kitchen
• Another terrace, on the north side, with plancha, table and chairs

Access to the swimming pool and its bathing beach is included in the rental of the cottage

No breakfasts or other meals are included.

The price depends on the length of stay and the period.
Minimum 4 consecutive nights, except in July and August : 6 consecutive nights minimum.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
In the living room, a sofa bed can be used as an extra bed for a fifth person.

Low Season : what is not in High Season!

Price, per night in High Season for the entire Cellar: € 290
Price, per night in Low Season for the entire Cellar: € 270

Tourist tax: € 1 per day and per person is billed in addition to these prices. 

For a period of stay straddling two tariff levels (high and low season), the final price paid is calculated in proportion to the days.
